If the viewer has a grievance with respect to certain content telecast on any of our television channels, you may write to our Grievance Officer.
We intend to make the resolution process for valid complaints as quick and efficient as possible. To help us achieve this, we require you to provide the following information in your complaint:
Reasons as to why the viewer feels that the particular Programme was not in compliance with the Programming Code under the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994.
The complaint will be reviewed, verified for its validity, and accordingly responded to
by us.
Complaints relating to or around advertisements broadcast on our television channels must be sent to The
Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI).
